Anthony Taormina graduated from Jesuit High School, Tulane University and Loyola University of the South from which he received his Juris Doctorate. He has been practicing Law for over 30 years with distinction. He has appeared in the Louisiana District Courts, Courts of Appeal, Louisiana Supreme Court, United States Eastern District of Louisiana, United States Western District of Louisiana, and United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal. He is a proven trial attorney, having tried numerous judge and jury trials. He is one of the very few trial attorneys who has won a trial against the railroads and has won millions of dollars for his clients in personal injury cases. At one time he had a radio talk show giving advice on successions and estate planning and has a substantial practice in that area of the Law. At one time he taught Real Estate Law and obviously has substantial knowledge of Real Estate Law. Although his Firm covers almost every area of the Law, the majority of the practice includes: personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice, maritime, admiralty, successions, real estate, domestic, criminal, DWI, bankruptcies, auto accidents, railroad accidents, truck accidents, Jones Acts, slip & Fall, and wrongful death claims.
